Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup cilantro or coriander, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt or as per taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a non-stick or heavy-bottomed pan on medium heat.
- Add potatoes and saute till crispy and golden brown.
- Stir in all the spices - salt, red chili powder, and chaat masala. Give it a nice toss. Turn off the flame.
- Further, add onions, green chili, ginger, and lemon juice while it's still in the pan. Mix well.
- Transfer the chaat to a serving bowl and garnish with cilantro.
- Serve and enjoy!!
