This much-loved snack is a hit with all ages. It comes together in no time with a handful of ingredients and is a party for your taste buds. Make it vegan by using oil instead of butter and it will still be just deliciousness.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups frozen sweet corn
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the rinsed corn kernels and saute for about 5 min stirring continuously till it turns golden and fragrant.
- Stir in all the spices - salt, chili powder, chaat masala and toss well.
- Transfer to a bowl and squeeze the lemon juice. Mix nicely and serve immediately.
