An absolute crowd favorite, this refreshing appetizer dip can be rustled up in a jiff. Give your traditional guacamole this snazzy twist by the addition of mint and sour cream to avocado. Not only does it sound exotic, it tastes truly delicious!!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, pitted
- ⅓ cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime/lemon juice
- 1 green chili
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Instructions
- Blend together all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
- Garnish with mint.
- Serve with tortilla chips, tacos, veggies, or crackers!!!
Recipe Notes
- For a vegan option, use dairy-free sour cream or simply use water.
- For a milder dip, use jalapeno instead of green chili.
